Application is hereby made to obtain a permit to do the work and installations as indicated. I certify that no work or installation has commenced prior to the issuance of a permit and that all work will be performed to meet the standards of all laws regulating construction in this jurisdiction. All work shall comply with the 2018 edition of the North Carolina Building Code and all applicable codes and standards in affect at the time of application. This application is valid for 180 days upon the date received by the Building Department and shall be deemed to have been abandoned 180 days after the date of filing, unless such application has been pursued in good faith or a permit has been issued. The Issued Permit is limited from the installation date to the removal date indicated above and shall not be permitted to exceed 180 days.
